The netViz eHealth Adapter significantly automates the process of populating and updating a rich set of computer, network, server and switch data in netViz's visual maps and diagrams. The product leverages the strength of Concord's eHealth discovery engine and netViz's graphical displays, reducing mean time to repair. It empowers customers to display eHealth data in three different representations: a logical view, a physical view and an e-Health view. Users can launch several reports (ping, telnet and trace route) through the adapter.
The adapter benefits customers in three ways. First, it saves time by automating the process of populating data in netViz, such as information about computers, servers, routers, switches, IP addresses, CPUs, ports, etc. Second, it makes it easy for customers to take advantage of the combined strengths of eHealth's discovery engine and netViz's graphical displays. Third, it empowers customers to display eHealth data in geographical maps as well as logical displays (a hub-and-spoke diagram for example.)
